A workshop dedicated to wooden shoe art! Participants receive a pair of unpainted wooden shoes, and the rest is up to you: traditional, Mondriaan or modern, anything goes. We provide plenty of examples to help get you started.

There is plenty of time for a few experimental rounds on paper, during which you can decide which colours and designs you like best. When you’re ready, paint your shoes to your own design.

This workshop is about active participation and your own ideas, and is led by a professional teacher. Participants do not need any previous experience, and all will be amazed as innate creativity comes to light.

Painting workshops are organized for eight or more people, making this an ideal activity for groups staying at Hoeve Chapeau. Prices are available upon request and include two drinks plus all materials, the teacher’s fee and, of course, the wooden shoes which are yours to keep.
